By ordering from Filthy Flaps you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time; the version live on the site at the time of your order applies.
Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by one, with a full refund.
Preorders
Products are currently listed as preorder items while we wait on stock. Placing a preorder reserves an item for you but takes no payment and is not a completed sale — it's a request to hold stock against your name. Estimated wait times shown on each product page and on the Shipping & Returns page are estimates only, not guarantees, and may change due to supplier or shipping delays. We'll contact you using the details you provide once your item is ready, at which point payment will be arranged and the sale is completed. You may cancel a preorder at any time before payment is taken by contacting us.
Product use
Mudflaps are sold as vehicle accessories. It's the buyer's responsibility to confirm fitment and compliance with relevant state road rules for their vehicle before and after installation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Filthy Flaps' liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, or refund of the amount paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
