Preorder wait times

We're between stock runs right now, so every design on the site is currently a preorder. Placing one reserves your pair — no payment is taken until it's ready to ship. Current estimated wait times:

  • Not Here To F*ck Spiders: approximately 30 days
  • Southern Cross: approximately 2–3 months
  • Filthy Flaps Wordmark: approximately 2–3 months

These are estimates based on expected stock arrival, not guarantees — supplier or shipping delays can push them out. We'll reach out using the contact details you provide the moment your order is ready, and sort payment and delivery from there.

Processing time (once your preorder ships)

[Placeholder — replace with your real timelines.] Once stock lands and payment is arranged, every set is printed and dispatched to order. Allow approximately 3–5 business days for processing on top of the preorder wait above.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via [insert courier, e.g. Australia Post / Sendle]. Shipping cost is confirmed when your preorder is ready to send. Regional and remote addresses may take longer.

  • Metro areas: approx. 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Regional areas: approx. 4–9 business days after dispatch
  • Remote / WA & NT: allow extra time

Returns, exchanges & cancelling a preorder

Preorders can be cancelled any time before payment is taken — just contact us via the enquiry form or Instagram/TikTok and we'll release the hold. Once a set has shipped, unused sets in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first via the enquiry form before sending anything back.

Faulty or damaged items

All Filthy Flaps products are covered by a 5-year crack-and-fade warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If something's cracked, delaminated, or arrived damaged, send us a photo and your order number and we'll sort a replacement.
