Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via [insert courier, e.g. Australia Post / Sendle]. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Regional and remote addresses may take longer — we'll flag this before you pay if it's going to be a while.

Metro areas: approx. 2–5 business days after dispatch
Regional areas: approx. 4–9 business days after dispatch
Remote / WA & NT: allow extra time

Returns & exchanges

Unused sets in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first via the enquiry form before sending anything back.

Faulty or damaged items

All Filthy Flaps products are covered by a 5-year crack-and-fade warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If something's cracked, delaminated, or arrived damaged, send us a photo and your order number and we'll sort a replacement.
