Preorders
We're currently between stock runs, so placing an order on this site is a preorder — a request to hold stock, not a completed sale. If you submit a preorder, we collect your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and which product(s) and quantity you'd like held, plus anything you add in the optional notes field.
That information is sent directly to our order inbox using a third-party email-delivery service, EmailJS, so a pair can be manually set aside for you. EmailJS only handles delivering that one message to us — see their own privacy policy at emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy for how they handle data in transit.
No payment or card details are collected when you place a preorder. We'll contact you using the details you've provided once your item is ready to ship, at which point payment will be arranged separately. We hold your preorder details for as long as needed to fulfil or cancel the reservation — contact us via the enquiry form if you'd like them deleted sooner.
Payment information
No payment details are collected at the preorder stage — see "Preorders" above. Third parties
